Two important gigs coming up.

Saturday Jan. 20 , 2007 : 10.30am at Snapper Point Aldinga Beach South Australia

I'm presenting a Fashion Show for 'FASHION ENVY' from Aldinga Central Shopping Center.

Lots of fabulous fashion for 2007 plus 20% off all full priced items on the day at the shop.!!

The site is one of the best viewing places to see the fabulous bike race The Tour Down Under 2007.

There's plenty of entertainment, bands , face painters etc. It's a beautiful spot, it's a great race.

A Note after the Gig.....The weather was windy and wet, I feel for the retailers, last year it was over 40 degrees, this year about 22. !!

Fashion Envy and Surf Esteem the two fashion houses at Aldinga Beach Shopping Center have ensured that the good folk at Aldinga and surrounds, now have an excellent choice.They deserve your support.

Friday Jan.26 2007 : 6.00pm at Rotary Park Christies Beach. South Australia

I'm compering the City Of Onkaparinga Australia Day Celebration, featuring Onkaparinga City Concert Band, Adelaide Bluegrass Cloggers, Action Girls, Jessie Che band and the Djef Djel Band.

There will be food, soft drinks, face painting and a handball Comp with the South Adelaide Football Club.Then fire restrictions permitting at 9.15pm The Fireworks.!! all set off on the beach and cliffs. 'Spectacular'

Please remember no alcohol on Rotary Park and The Foreshore

Note after the gig.....The weather was fabulous about 30 early on then we had a few sea breezes, the concert was superb with  good variety.The Onkaparinga concert band always look magnificent in their red uniforms,Adelaide Bluegrass Cloggers showed us a way to enjoy yourself and keep fit!!.Action Girls, guitar and keyboards treated us to some good material, Jessie Che band had a big song last year and have made inroads into Tamworth , the Australian mecca of country music.The Djef  Djel band,captivated the crowd with some fabulous drumming and dancing. A big finale..'the Fireworks'. set off on the Beach and Cliffs at 9.15  were spectacular. Big thanks to all sponsors, and a special mention of Rae Martin from the Arts and Cultural Development Dept at the City of Onkaparinga who coordinated the whole successful event

Both gigs should be great.
